What is this?

HashiCorp Field Coach is a self-paced practice tool for IBM and HashiCorp field engineers preparing for HashiCorp customer conversations. It covers Terraform, Vault, Boundary, Consul, and Nomad — the five HashiCorp products in the IBM portfolio.

Content is created by Celine Valentine (IBM Global Field Readiness Strategy Director) using AI-assisted synthesis of the source materials above. Each product goes through: source reading → framework mapping (which AA guide applies) → content generation → field review. Roleplay scenarios for Terraform and Vault are grounded in Gong data; other products use field patterns from customer call synthesis.
